While our two bedroom apartments offer 750ft² for $539 with a $250 deposit; and three bedroom apartments offer 930ft² for $569 per month with a $300 deposit.

As standard; our apartments comes with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, central heat and air, vertical and mini-blinds, wall to wall carpet (select apts offer laminate flooring) and come cable TV/broadband internet ready. Additionally select two and three bedroom apartments offer washer/dryer hookups. Falcon Pointe offers both uncovered and covered parking plus garages; each apartment is allocated two parking spaces, garages are offered at $60 per month!

We also have a selection of renovated and converted apartments; our converted two bedroom offers a large master bedroom (14ft x 17ft) with double closets; in addition to a versatile 30 ft x 12.5ft open plan kitchen/dining/living space for $569 with a $250 deposit.
